Lovely St Joan of Arc painted bisque porcelain statue. 
Early 20th century.
In armour, she is holding her banner. Her sword is at her waist and her helmet at her feet.
Her hair is down and her hands joined together.
Written on the base are the words 'Dieu le veut' ( God wants it) which are usually written on the banner.
Imperfections such as stains, scratches or tiny chips. 
Some dust is visible in small gaps like between her fingers.
The colours have faded in places.
Gilt details have faded (sword and writing especially). 
Model number 1266 at the back.
Height: approx. 24.6 cm / 9.44 inches
