French antique Holy card depicting St Therese of Lisieux as a young girl on the day of her first holy communion. 
Here is a translation of the text written in French at the front: 
'The Servant of God Therese of the Infant Jesus in her first communion outfit' followed by a quote from Therese: 
'It is not to remain in the golden ciborium that Jesus escapes from heaven each day, but to find another heaven: the heaven of our soul, where he takes his delights.'
Printed in Paris.
A handwritten note at the back mentions the ciborium from the text at the front. It translates as 'May your soul always be a ciborium of faith and piety where Jesus the Eucharist loves to come down! Union of prayers. M Morin'. There is also the date '11th February 1916'. 
Small imperfections from age and slight  discolouration but it is still in beautiful condition!
