A stunning and unusual crucifix on a green onyx plaque with a gold painted bronze ornate frame.
Holy water font with a lid attached to the bottom.
The onyx is transluscent as seen in one of the photographs. The video is taken in direct sunlight and my fingers are visible behind the plaque too.
There is a loop at the back so it can be hung on the wall immediately.
There are small imperfections commensurate with age and use. Surface marks and loss of shine in places. Small scratches.
The gold paint is gone in places. Small stains and scratches on the frame.
It is a really unusal and collectible piece, especially with that type of ornate border.
Please note it is a heavy object and will require careful packaging, so postage cost is high (weighs approx. 1.4 kilograms).
