Rare French antique religious book for Easter. The title roughly translates as: 
'The office for the Easter fortnight according to the custom of Rome, in Latin and in French, 
New translation, dedicated to the Queen.'
Published by De Hansy in Paris in 1736.
544 pages.
Some texts are in French only but the majority are in French and Latin. 
The red and gold leather cover is very worn, stained and damaged as seen in the photographs. 
The leather at the edges and corners is completely worn so the card underneath is visible.
This book was probably badly stored for a long time.
The marbled papers are worn, discoloured and torn. 
The pages have some creases, folds and stains. 
Discolouration on certain pages.
