Antique pilgrim bottle with a cross inside. It seems to be a souvenir from the Holy Land.
I have only found one other similar bottle.
Green glass wine bottle. The glass has natural flaws and scratches.
It is very thick. There are also some marks inside.
The shape at the bottom dates the bottle from the late 19th century.
The cross is made with some off-white material. It has some small chips and some light brown marks which seem to glue marks.
There are wooden bars with hanging tassels under the cross.
There are pencil marks and one number on the wood. Several little marks and imperfections too.
The bottle is firmly closed with a cork.
This is quite an unusual and beautiful find!
