Antique metal Holy water font with Lourdes Marian apparition painted porcelain medallion.
Thin engraved plated metal frame.
Beautiful porcelain medallion in the centre with the apparition of Mary to Bernadette in the Lourdes grotto.
The frame has marks, stains and scratches commensurate with age and use. Silver gone in small places.
The metal is slightly distorted in places. 
The receptacle is made of a different metal. It is dented and a bit distorted.
The inside was painted but it was used so much that the paint is flaking. 
The porcelain has some light marks but is still in very good condition.
Late 19th or early 20th century.
Can be hung on the wall as there is a small loop at the back. Small stains and corrosion spots at the back. Letters marked (maybe the name of a previous owner).
